And who can blame your our food is delicious, and for your convenience here's our flexible delivery options. We offer free shipping on all orders within GTA area and for any order that are over $150 (before tax). If your order is less than $150, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $9.50 for you order (this excludes GTA addresses). At this time we do not offer shipping outside of Ontario, Canada.

• When will I get my delivery?

We work hard to deliver your Nutri Raw products as quickly as possible. Most customers receive their order within 1-4 business days of placing their order. You can also check your Order Status at any time for tracking information.

• Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are only shipping to Canada at this time.

• Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Sorry, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.

• How can I track my order?

You can track you package at any time by logging into your Nutri Raw account.

• What should I do if I'm not home when my order comes in?

We ask that you leave a cooler outside during warmer seasons. We are not responsible for the mishandling

of products or products that are left unattended once they are delivered. Raw dog food should remain frozen

until ready to be served.
