If for any reason your are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept returns within 7 days of purchase and provide a refund to the original method of payment. Within 14 days of purchase, we will happily exchange your product for a brand new one. After this time, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges Details
• Items must be in its original condition (uneaten, unthawed, unused).
• Items have to be in its original packaging.
• You must present a valid receipt.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@nutriraw.ca and one of our customer care associate will provide you with the appropriate return mailing address and instructions to process the return. Once we receive the returned products in our designated warehouse, we will process your exchange or refund. Unfortunately, we are only able to refund the purchase price for the returned products. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
